The management, otherwise known as the ?Amontola Brothers? have combined, 12 years? experience in the hospitality field and together their knowledge and experience is applied very meticulously to ensure they keep their reputation as the best Indian restaurant in Cross Roads.
The menu consists of a selection of tantalising dishes that will leave you inspired. The chefs at Amontola exert every effort to ensure all dishes are prepared to a high standard. As with all chefs, the master chef of Amontola has spent hours and conjured very exotic dishes. Among these are Wild Duck Jalfrezi; cooked with green chillies, coriander, tomatoes, fried onions & capsicum in a spicy flavour or Seabass Fusion; a whole seabass marinated in olive oil, soya sauce & lemon pepper, barbecued then garnished with a mild mango & plum sauce combined together and served with some garlic mushrooms.
