I now live in NZ, and have done for the past fourteen years. But the one thing that I have always loved, is Indian cuisine. My favourite take away of all time, is still the Kind Balti. I have the local Indian Restaurant staff, living in my rental, but they can't make a curry anywhere near your Phaal Chicken balti. What I really need is a recipe. So that myself, and many Englishmen roundabout. Can once again, enjoy a truly legendary curry. Cheers Ian
