food was lovely, but the fans on the ceiling need a good clean full of dust, so i hope the other part where they cook is clean.

Really disappointed tonight ,paid nearly £15 for large fish and chips , to be delivered at 8.50 knowing the shop didn't open TIL 8 o’clock , delivery turned up at 7 .50 . The cod had dried up batter and dried up fish in it , and chips were not cooked properly , and tasted like dinner time food warmed up , being pensioner a complete waste of money

Just bought cod and chips and to say it was over cooked is a understatement it looked like a fried mars bar this is the third and last time I will set foot in the shop

Saturday is my fish and chip night and i regality use this chippy, but just lately it has been very poor the standard has dropped considerably, the fish has been over fried and last night the chips were underdone ! can you emagine fish over fried and underdone chips.I will not be going back again.

Ordered portion of scampi waited forever for it and shop was empty !!!!!
When received scampi it was absolutely DISGUSTING
All the coating had come off the scampi itself was dried out and burnt .
I wouldn't have fed it to my dog !!!!

Good ok.freshly cooked.staff friendly, problem is the main door.when eating on the main door is often left open,which especially in winter time it lets in draught which makes you food cold and of course your self perhaps a door closer would be the answer

Always got our fish & chips from the village, but not anymore.
Saturday 27/1/18 is my last visit to the take away, the fish was very small and so over cooked it was almost black and so hard it was inedible, it was disgusting and went straight in the bin what a waste of £10.40, never again from now on I will go to west park chippy.

They advertise as DELIVERY and Collection? I tried to order a few times and have never been able to order a DELIVERY? If you are not going to deliver then I recommend you save money and remove yourself from Just Eat because you are never going to cook anybodies food until they get to you which makes a farce of ordering On-line then just picking up as it will be ready for yo when you get there?

Waited to be served in cue for over 5min to be told I had to wait 20min. For a jumbo sausage and chips very slow service.

Had to wait as it was busy which wasn't a problem. Order was 2 cheeseburgers and large chips but got home to find no cheese on either burger or the onion rings that are advertised and portion of chips might just as well been regular size. Won't use again.
