After placing an order and told it would be ready in 20m I received a message to say it would be an extra 20 mins which did not suit us as my husband was collecting from work.
Delivery was 1 1/2hours so I phoned to cancel, to be told 'don't worry, we will have it ready'. When my husband arrived he was greeted with an angry manager who complained that I phoned to cancel the order and told us to forget it!
My husband said 1 1/2 hours was too long and that's why we wanted to cancel....the manager was rude and gave us our pizza's, however, on returning home the order was incorrect.....absolutely rubbish.....again.....
