andyMar 28, 2020every time I order for a delivery they get it wrong, they cant even take down an order correctly, when you question it they say they read it back and indeed they did but still forgot two parts of the order, no offer of a refund. This is the 3rd time so I will go elsewhere in future
CarolFeb 16, 2019Terrible service, waited for over an 90 minutes for my order, food was cold and some items missing when got home. When rang to discuss this with them they showed absolutely no interest.
BobbyJan 20, 2018Waited over an hour for my delivery. When it arrived the main dish was missing. Called them up again and got told I was lying! They told me I had to go either go and collect myself or wait over an hour for that one dish to be redelivered! Got told the driver was out for up to an hour on multiple deliveries.
So I demanded they re cook my entire order and she reluctantly agreed after more disputing. I had no choice but to go and collect. Gave them the food they delivered and they had the cheek to check it in front of me in case they still thought I was lying! Re cooked my order and did not show any remorse for the total inconvenience I was caused. Didn’t even give the £2 delivery charge back until I asked!
2 hours after ordering when we finally ate. The duck was tasteless, spare ribs were dry, seaweed tasted stale.
I have ordered from this place on several other occasions and they forgot some of my order once previously, but re delivered that dish on that occasion (albeit in 20 minutes!). This was the final straw for me and I will not be going back. I STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS AGAINST USING THIS TAKEAWAY.
LiamDec 17, 2017Food was edible. Spent a £170 and they missed 4 dishes off. Then disputed. Appalling. Never go there again a disgrace and only except cash...I imagine for tax invasion purposes
