My husband and I ordered a food delivery via phone and was very frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication, therefore on first delivery food was wrongly delivered and it took a lot of effort to get part of the right food delivered on the second time. On third and final delivery effort, one item still wrongly delivered. Overall all food was poor in quality. Did not get a refund after two requests, probably due to not having enough evidence in writing, ie receipt of order, and lack of communication. We were willing to acknowledge any mistakes on our side, but due to this restaurants lack of civil courtesy to reply to our requests, or at least to give an explanation as to their not acknowledging us we have decided that we will not be ordering from this restaurant in future. They have lost our service.
