Completely disappointed with the food and service I received from this Chinese. Ordered two portions of salt and chilli chips and after going back to my car I opened them to find lukewarm chips with the tiniest seasoning of what appeared to be chilli powder. No garlic, onions, spring onion or peppers - absolutely no flavour and the blandest thing I have ever received from a Chinese restaurant. I returned to the store to be meet with the young gentleman who sold me the chips and explained my dissatisfaction with the chips. He then replied to me that "this is the way they have always been served for years and that nobody else has ever complained." Completely unhelpful with no regard for the fact that I was a paying unhappy customer. No offer to exchange the chips for plain ones or something else of the menu. Horrible customer service and if this is the food they serve, and attitude they have towards customers I have no idea how the restaurant/takeaway is still open. Should have known from walking in and seeing the low level of cleanliness and potent smell. Would not be surprised if business was to soon close down. Terribly disappointed.
