K WMar 31, 20211st time for ordering from here and it will be the last. Website asks for a requested time of delivery and with our little one we requested 7.30pm. Driver turned up at 6.40pm which was a surprise (he was nice). Phoned takeaway to be advised they had confirmation of order with no requested time, which the driver read out to them on my phone as exactly 7.30, they then said it would arrive anytime up until 7.30pm. What is the point of having that feature? Extremely rude man at the takeaway who wasn't interested in customer service or helping and has ruined the evening. Food shall now be cold so thank you for a rubbish meal.

hayleyApr 30, 2019ordered 10 pounds worth of food, driver charged 15 pound. no chips with my order. phoned them they accused me of not ordering chips although they charged for them and its now 40 minutes later and after promising to bring the chips my dinner is now sat in the kitchen cold and no chips have been brought back. would NOT recommend to anyone
