Paula HowellNov 21, 2022Ordered today, 19 Nov 2022 via deliveroo and the food was disgusting. It cost over £40 and I expected much better because their rating was 4.8. Complete rubbish - obviously made up. I feel I have been duped into ordering - I couldn't eat it - it went into the food recycling bin - hope it does contaminate it.
Andrew PakoutaJul 1, 2017not very happy as order ARRIVED AT 2308 after having rang them twice to see where it was after they rang me before 10 to say part of the order wasn't available (spare ribs) ended up 5 mins later getting spring rolls as replacement with no offer of refund .The food that did arrive contained none of the order I had placed and they would not answer the phone. Only the duck rolls were correct (even though they were a replacement) .Will request a full refund from credit card as they failed to deliver what had been ordered.WORST SERVICE EVER
UPDATE 1st July 2017
Chatted online to Hungry this morning and this evening as the restaurant did not take my call when I rang them yesterday to complain.
They finally had to contact the owner as the staff put the phone down on Hungry house who rang to explain about my complaint.
Photos were emailed to confirm order was incorrect.
The duck rolls which were a replacement were soggy and 1/10.
I will never ever use this restaurant again due to the
rudeness of the staff and failure to not just deliver the correct or even close on time (was over 1,15 mins late) but to hang up etc is totally unacceptable.
