Placed an order for delivery when it arrived a bag of chips was missing - when I rang and even though they had been paid for they demanded an extra delivery charge!

I took the order back to the shop and was verbally abused and told I would not get a refund!

Found it hard to believe as I had used them for years - but won’t again
