Richard JacobsSep 24, 2021Used to order here all the time, this time we used their website and the delivery address was previously saved as our old address, we tried to ring up multiple times and they did not pick up. This was for over 30 minutes.. their live chat didn’t work, no contact on Facebook, so we weren’t able to contact them to get the address changed to our new house.
We could finally get through and they have already delivered takeaway even though they didn’t change the status on the website to being delivered otherwise we would have waited at our old place. The woman was so rude and told us it’s our fault and we had to deal with it. We never had this much rudeness from anyone and was a total shock, especially to my pregnant wife. We were left without our food as the people who lived at our old address have eaten our food -_-.. £30 out of pockets. They wouldn’t help us and were just so rude. Never again.
