C and GDec 9, 2017Order received was mixed up and incorrect, partner's burger somehow was half of mine and his had strange sauce in it that wasn't part either of our orders and neither of us could eat as the burger was drenched in it and the other was completely wrong. Food was greasy and slightly cold and when we phoned, the response from the lady who picked up could have just been a little more receptive as it felt like they didn't really care and as people who also work in customer services we would have appreciated if the etiquette had of been better.
Probably won't be ordering from here again, sorry.
ElliotSep 10, 2017Order received was incorrect and had items missing and to too it off both our meals had to be heated in the microwave as they were cold.
Ordered chilli with chips and phoned up afterwards to upgrade to sweet potato fries and was sent rice... No onion rings came with my burger - phoned up the restaurant to ask and was told there were none left and that the chef had simply "not been serving them" all day. Evidently he was doing nothing about it and hoped no one would notice. A half rack of ribs also appears to be 3 ribs...maybe the rest were being given out as replacements for onion rings!
To top it off, both our dinners were barely Luke warm and had to be heated in the microwave. Not impressed. Fortunately deliveroo credited my account with £1.60...anti-climax of the year!
