They have reduced the amount of drivers, and therefore even though they say the food will be just over an hour, it was 2 hours. On complaining, we were told that the food was late due to road issues, but the driver told us he only left 10mins before arriving to us. They did not care, they continued to tell us we were lying when we called (even though it is on the call log) and said they would only take money off our next order, but outright refused to refund on this order, as we did not want to order from them again! Utterly AWFUL service!! Their food is ok, but not good enough to put up with such rudeness, as there are plenty of other take aways just as good, but who also provide good service.
