Order dinner from here for the 3rd time food is good, however I found a large thin shard of metal while I was chewing my salt and chilli chips. I called and explained to a guy who said he was confused then passed me on to "the boss" I described what I had found likening it to metal from a tin if opened with a tin opener. she said it was not possible and that next time she would make us fresh food (so the food we got this time was not fresh?) I explained that since the metal had cut my gum there would not be a next time and we wouldn't be using this take away again. She said there was nothing she could do, no refund was offered. I am now left out of pocket for 2 meals and very disappointed in the service I have received.
