Jackie BurlisonNov 21, 2018Having ordered vegetarian (vegan) balti and veg biriani. It was delivered fine and hot.
But on starting to eat the balti looked like a brown mess. Couldn't recognize any veg . Then to horror I found some chicken skin.and what looked like a small kidney. Ended up throwing it away. The veg biriani looked ok, but I was forming it around as i didn't trust it. Sorry but won't be using Seems again.
Wouldn't have posted such a negative review but finding chicken in a vegans meal is definitely a no go.
Terrible food & serviceDec 28, 2017Our food arrived past the one hour delivery time they said it would take. All food was warm and some of it cold. One curry was missing. One curry was delivered without sauce, despite that when we ordered we ensured it was not the starter and it was the main course, as well as paying the main course price. It was very disappointing. One of the curry's was just frozen veg in coconut milk! We immediately rang up explaining what has happened when the person on the phone told me I was lying and there was no way it could be warm/cold or the wrong order. I asked to speak to the manager and was told this was him telling me already that I was wrong. I told him how disappointed I was and he would not suggest a solution, and rejected my solutions, so I asked for a refund and they could collect the food and inspect it themselves. He refused and eventually agreed to deliver the missing curry and replace 2 other items only. This was not acceptable especially for the amount we paid, and by this time I had very grumpy hungry children (and adults!) when the missing items arrived 40 minutes later! terrible food, awful service, and you should avoid and use better local Indian restaurants of which there are many!
