Poor customer service
CharlotteSep 25, 2021Absolutely upset! Paid £41 for food that was missing food and condiments even the cutlery that was ordered.
When I phoned to ask where our stuff was he was very disinterested and said ‘I don’t know’ I would absolutely like a refund as it was definitely not worth the money and not what we ordered.
SteveJan 20, 2021Just unwrapped a chicken burrito after taking the first bite which was pure chicken gristle. It looked like a badly thrown together portion of vomit when I looked inside. Turned my stomach. Avoid at all costs.
MarkJul 6, 2020Food or service was not good, the only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, when unwrapping, there was only 5 small pieces of meat, in the whole burritos. It mainly consisted of a whole tin of sweetcorn, a pinch of onions, bread and a drizzle of sauce, not even what is listed on the menu. Extremely disappointed and after contacting to discuss they deferred us to contact deliveroo, as they can't do anything. Very poor customer service. Do not order food from this restaurant, you will be disappointed and feel more full after a bag of haribo sweets.
