Stopped off on the way home to get some dinner....had to wait for almost 5 mins for someone to come to the front counter and take my order! Ordered vegetable spring rolls with chips....I confirmed twice I wanted veg spring roll as I'm vegetarian. After waiting over 10 mins I asked when my order would be ready for the lady to turn around and it sitting there behind her under the hot lamp! Drove home...bit into the spring roll to find it was meat!! Called up to ask them to deliver me veg ones (had to explain my issue to 2 different people as their english wasn't so good) to which they then told me I would need to pay the driver the difference in price between the veg and the meat!! Absolutely fuming was an understatement! Then said they'd send them out (more issues getting my address correct!!)...the driver turns up asking for money for the spring rolls!! He took them back to the shop with him when I refused to pay for their mistake. I will never use this takeaway again! Waste of time and money and the chips weren't great either!
