s-Feb 6, 2020Awful, not worth the calories. Used to be really good, but they have really gone south in a Hurry. The food arrived cold, and the batter stale and soft. If you complain the owner argues with you and re-sends food that is so spicy it's inedible. Don't waste your money!

Quality - All food when arrived was stone cold, inedible and mostly wrong. They had also ignored our comments on what we wanted on the next page, a complete lack of customer service.
Service - The service was absolutely appalling, the driver did nothing to check what we had ordered and ran off after I had paid, almost like he knew the order was wrong. Not only this he had given us the wrong amount of change and took £1.10 off us without me declaring any form of a tip. Afterwards when we had phoned them up, the manager explained that he would phone us back after the delivery man had arrived. Around 1/2 an hour after I had phoned I decided to phone back only to be spoken to very rudely by their manager continuously trying to argue with me and stated that unless the food was not as delivered the driver was instructed to leave with out giving me my refund then he promptly put the phone down on me.
Even after this, when we had phoned the just-eat staff team and after they had phoned them they couldn't say straightly that they had been polite to them.
Delivery time - This wasn't anything to be proud of, it turned up late.
Overall, an absolute disgrace of a 'restaurant'. A summary of what I have put above:
