JonAug 3, 2012We have used this place for a while now with no problems, we decided to order via the Just Eat service tonight. The order arrived, eventually, after a much longer wait than usual.
A portion of rice was missing from the order, so we telephoned them to let them know.
Well, they said we hadn't ordered any boiled rice, why would we not order something that comes as a part of the main course anyway??
So we didn't get the meal we wanted, or the customer service that we normally get, they didn't want to know.
We shall not be ordering from them any more.
