Helen SmithOct 7, 2021On returning from holiday thought I would get fish and chips. Big mistake, cost me £14.80 and the meal was awful, the worse fish and chips I have had in my life, don't know how they made the batter but it was terrible, too crispy and hardly any fish. Chips were small and not tasty. Should go back and complain but don't think I will get any satisfaction. If they carry on dishing this food up they will not survive.

JimmyJul 21, 2020Disgusting attitude towards customers, used to be a great Chinese when Ken had it but the new owners couldn't give a fig, the food was extremely poor portion size - stingy is the best description and of poor quality - I think they are surviving on being local rather than being good

I took a photo of it when I first unwrapped it and then a photo of it in the bin and tomorrow I will seek my money back. They need to visit other takeaways in the area and up their game. Don't go. You'd be better off setting fire to your money
LolaFeb 7, 2020This place used to be , only OK. But the last few years, they have got worse. The worst fish & chips I have had, such a shame no where does a good British Friday night supper anymore. It was clearly NOT fresh. Chips were liking eating cardboard. Someone needs to overview this place. Shut it down and sell it to people who do look after their food.
Lesley bosworthSep 14, 2019Ordered a Chinese takeaway, it was inedible ribs were fatty, had a seafood combination for two which came with hoisin sauce!!! The squid was like rubber, prawns on toast very greasy, wontons were like rockets
Telephoned to complain they hung up, they did ring back and when I continued to complain they hung up again - very disappointing and a total waste of money. They shouldn’t take on so many orders on a Saturday if they cannot produce edible food
